It is disturbing. And just look at the incentive handouts LU management collected during their creation of the total mess. And now rather than stand firm, take the tough measures, make the necessary cuts, work hard, etc. they look to bail (option takeover incentives in hand) during the worst business climate in my memory for technology companies.

Everyone is worried over the economy and its effect on the market in the next 15 minutes. Worry might better be placed on what the hell management teams are doing to earn their pay. The excesses given to these upper managers and the BOD members just might be the downfall of the market in the long term. Not the economy.

Oh by the way. Sell everything you own and buy alternative energy stocks. This is the next 10000000% gainer sector. Every single money mis-manager is pumping these things on CNBS and other media outlets for 2 weeks now. Of course they've already doubled, some tripled, but YOU have to get in now! Pay your $10 Billion now, before the $10 Million in sales begin to ramp quickly and EBITDA goes positive in 2020. This could be bigger than dipsydoodlescam.com and doughnuts. Combined!

I think it would be time to turn the machine off now............
