James L. Fleckenstein: Regarding the Phase 2 of the internet build out, it is an expression that some use to describe the next generation of internet infrastructure research and development, and the greater acceptance of using the internet by the general populace, especially for e-commerce. The web is still growing in popularity and that will eventually be reflected in the bottom line of internet-related companies that are positioned to benefit from it according to some experts. Just some people's opinions... Your thoughts and insights? (BTW, I have seen the rise anf fall and then rise again of growth stocks/industries over the past 26 years and it will occur again with technology stocks)
