The SPX and OEX rang the CLASS 1 BUY singal, on a intraday basis. As mentioned often closing signals are more reliable than intraday signals. If the DOW goes negative it will also give a CLASS 1 BUY, borderline right now. The NAZ/NDX just entered the oversold region. With the CLASS 1 BUY signals the window is untill the next day's LOWs.

I have a question on the LU deal. From what I heard on CNBC, LU will be given .2435 shares of ALA, and that the ALA deal does not include the AGERE spin-off. When does the AGERE spin-off take place or did it already for LU stock holders. I dont own LU, just curious.
