Sep Ira's are a means of sheltering money.........for one example. Setting up family members as employees and board members is another.

Expenses can also be manipulated to your favor..legitimately. Trips,etc.........The old owner of the 49'ers team was fighting with his sister over who could write off the corporate jet? Someone I worked for once waited till there was an appropriate meeting in LA to take his kids to Disneyland so he could write off the trip.
