"Encryption though is a nice feature." NO!, encryption is a "must to have" feature of most, if not all corporations and ALL government entities, and the reason why they have embraced the Blackberry the way they have...you could not access my firm's email system to send and recieve messages using a standard Palm or Kyocera config...and yes, you can set up the firewall any way you see fit, but not in my company and not for the US Government...must fit within certain DES encytption key guidelines and the only device that can access is the Blackberry...some folks also said years ago that one device could not monopolize the entire handheld diary marketspace and yet Palm seems to have made that happen.
