DEaler - This looks like re-run of last year. Its a year and a quarter and it still isn't over and NASDAQ wealth reduction services are once againt doing their best to rid investors of unwanted capital.

I thought after over fifteen months of this and five rate cuts and a huge tax cut that there might be some enthusiasm but there isn't, not a drop.
