Boy, look at the damage being done today. This makes the all the recent breakouts into *failed* breakouts in tech-land. The 2200 NDX breakout is trashed soundly at this point, and the attempted SOX breakout is placed further and further into the rear-view. The SOX decision around 600 will say a great deal about whether your more bullish or my 1931 scenario are on track here. It's been counting very nicely.

I'd certainly buy SOX for a bounce there, and whether that bounce unfolds as 4 or 1 will be very telling indeed.
