Kent, I have tracked many of the tech stocks over the last 2 years. And I may be wrong, but FSI has probably been one of the worst performing of those stocks. This stock has been a flat out disappointment IMO. Additionally, many of the tech stocks have moved up a lot since the beginning of the year. Yes, the DJIA is moving better than the Nasdaq and many of the tech stocks. However, remember, the Nasdaq was down at around 1000 not to long ago. Lets face it, this stock is a dog. No other way to sugar coat this one. This stock in its day was up in the 37 range, after spliting at 50. But this stock has'nt even seen 20 since at least March of 1996. Here are some examples of rough lows and rough highs on some of the tech stocks in the last 6-9 months:

AMAT: $20 $60
KLAC: $17 $55
CHPS: $8 $26
INTC: $50 $169
COMS: $30 $79
DELL: $35 $118
LSI: $17 $42

I know there are many others. These are ones I can remember off the top of my head. But notice that they all at one point recently more than doubled in price. I realize that some of these tech stocks are in unrelated industries. But, you will notice that I have a mix from different types of tech sectors. Bottom line is that FSI is a company that may have good and ethical management, but, when it comes to promoting its company and direction, they are very quiet. We have'nt heard anything on any potential aquisitions or future plans for the company in who knows how long.

I hate to be so negative, considering in the past I was very bullish on this stock. However, good investing would dictate that you have to know when to cut the chord on a stock and let it go. However, I am waiting for it to hit the $18 mark again. Assuming it will. At the rate this stock has traded we won't see $18 until Sept. or Oct. I hope I am wrong.

I'm sure that people on this theard can site many reasons why we should own this stock. However, those same reasons have been spoken on this thread for the last 18 months and look what this stock has done. Don't be suprised if earnings estimates for next year are lowered again in the near future.
