I consider volume in excess of 2x the 180 day avg to be near a short term sell. My measure of overbought area is over 200 in a standaerd cci(13). If any are at these level I am watching pullbacks for entry. My two favorite systems are Linear trend with a 8day MA and InSync. I have tweaked both for my personal mindset. A stock at new highs has eliminated a great deal of overhead resistance. The BBB does produce stocks at an extended level, but you must remember The stock probally is not making its first vist here. BBB is just reminding you it is still there. The breakout scan is a real short term trade that might have staying power. I am glad there is a little interest in the scans. The main purpose of posting them is shake the person following just a few stocks to look at what is happening, expand their database. If they are bottom fishers, they won't find any here.
