UDS is guaranteed $55/share - Apparantly people seem to think the VLO/UDS acquisition is in jeopardy. Because the Demos are back in the saddle in the Senate, there may be some jumping up and down but I think that will be the limit. The acquisition makes sense and I believe that California will OK it and that is the key. So a little arbitrage may be profitable at these levels.
