Cowen and Company cut their rating from strong buy to buy. Lehman Brothers downgrades Idexx from buy to neutral. The instutitonal imperitave is now creating bargans for the astute! Hi-Tek Investment management (my firm) is now upgrading IDEXX Labratories from buy to strong buy! This is based on Price and Long term outlook.
