I have had the opinion for a while that the year end rebound isn't going to happen. What with the Energy problems, and dropping employment and all, I feel that it will be early 2002 instead of q4, 2001 that will see a rebound, if that soon. Of course, I can be wrong too, but I am seeing too many signs that are affecting the economies of the world. Energy is the biggie I see. Or should I say price gouging by energy companies...well anyway, I am all short in my margin account and don't see many longs short term that I want to invest in. That is not to say that there aren't stocks OK to be long on. There will always be some stocks taking off, I just don't know about them right now. Of course, I'm not looking too hard for them with all of the inflated CRAP stocks out there right now. Stay in the Black! jimS
