Gee, I'm heartbroken over the loss of Scumbria..........
NOT :-
BTW, has anyone noticed the lightning quick speed that analysts & the frenzied RMBS media have weighed in on last weeks finding by the Court appointed 'experts' in Italy? They sure seem to be incredibly fast to report when there is potentially bad news, or if any news can be spun into a good FUD piece.

If the RMBS press release is accurate, this is very good news for the company IMO.

There are compelling reasons to overrule the 'expert's' findings & decline to grant a preliminary injunction. The factory will remain open & if RMBS prevails, they will be compensated, or made whole. Even with the strength of the 'expert's' findings, I'm sure the judge had to consider the possibility that Micron might prevail. Seems there is just too much potential harm that could not be made whole if the judge granted the preliminary injunction, closed the factory with all the collateral damage, and then Micron manages to win in spite of the 'expert's' findings........ Hmmm.......... An Italian judge closing an Italian factory at the behest of an American firm........ when he could move the case forward & let another court rule? Me thinks that thought crossed the judge's mind.

The court case will proceed & the findings of the exhaustive review by the court appointed 'experts' should go forward as well. RMBS PR did not say the findings were thrown out. The media is not loudly proclaiming that the findings were thrown out.

Frankly, I a bit surprised at the silence in the media since Fri....... if those findings aren't good news for RMBS, then why haven't RMBS favorite media FUD'sters even commented on the PR yet?

Perhaps it is good news.
