NOTE F - SEGMENTS
The Company operates in three business segments; environmental services,
emerging technologies and government operations. Currently, the operating
segments are the emerging technologies and government operations groups. For
the three months ended March 31, 2001 and 2000, information on reportable
segments is as follows:

For the three months ended March 31, 2000, the Company only operated as an
environmental services company.
Since December 31, 2000, the Company has added the operations of the government
operations segment. This segment was added on January 26, 2001. As of March
31, 2001, total assets of the government operations segment were $5,097.
