That's OK, Glenn. No ELNK shareholder would have been willing to take TRLY shares for their ELNK anyway. And, they couldn't afford to pay cash.

Personally, I think TRLY may have been interested and made initial inquiries, but it went nowhere fast. Their leak that they were in discussions was probably an attempt to see how the market would react to the possibilities.

Other recent developments - i.e. on the pricing front - are much more significant. MSN has responded with a "switch to us" promotion, locking in prices at $21.95 for two years to anyone who switches from AOL by 6/30. This probably explains the decline today (together with the Bob Davis quotes) since it implies MSN won't be raising rates to AOL's level. In reality, it doesn't necessarily mean that at all since it only applies to AOL defectors. Still, ELNK has two bucks of room to raise, just to get up to MSN's pricing. I'd expect some kind of promotion from ELNK as well, followed by an increase of up to two dollars. Mgmt has promised an announcement on this by 7/1 in any case.

Regards,
Bob
