I agree - I got into the stock in 3's where it looked like a rebound could happen (never did) and its been downward due to low revenues. Step back and look at the stock chart and I don't see a bargain, I see a company tanking out of sight. Bottom line - even if this one sold there is nothing tangible thats worth much. The competition can get the "company" buy simply hiring the best employees for a few bucks more.
