Let's use a little story, since that seems to make it easier on you folk. A former police officer is elected to the city council. The city council agenda calls for a review of city services and what areas need priority. This happens to take place in the midst of a record crime wave. Our former police officer gets law enforcement as top priority on the agenda. Is there a question of ethics, or conflict of interest, because in the midst of a crime wave a former police officer recommends priority funding for law enforcement? You're grabbing at straws. And speaking of ducking, answer my question. What is your proposal for solving the nations' energy situation? Derek
