Thanks Pete, The ADX primer was needed. I started searching my library for a few chapters, but only done one short one so far. Been looking mostly at the candles on some of these for some signals, because they have been OK for the next day or so of trading (about as long as I feel confident trading this market <G>), but branching out a wee bit to see if I can find some other indicators that fit this non-trend (big picture) we've seen in tech. Still convinced here we're headed for a nasty summer between the 1,900 and 2,200 level somewhere, until some kind of firm earnings come out. All my (worthless... argh :)) opinion. If we get it maybe we can really make a sense of some of these charts?!?!?!?! Thanks again for the reply. PS: Edit: What do you want to see the +D1 and -D1 lines do on this chart (ie in the next few days) if you are a) bullish or b) bearish???
