quickly ascertain that they expected to be able to deliver acceptable AOD/VOD with PacketVideo using the MSM5000 followed by the MSM5105

The spec of the product is all there. It's hard to believe that both SKT or LG are misled by Qcom as far as what 5105 can and can not do.
