Is there general agreement that the conference call was a disappointment, particularly with respect to n.hand? No-one should be surprised at the drop in IOM this morning. I imagine it may end up the week somewhere between 20 and 20 1/2. Mind you, it probably served the purpose of bringing JPM's big, dumb customers up to speed.
