So maybe there is a future for Tri-West. Here is an interesting post from another forum...

'I am posting this message knowing that there will be major critics who will say everything here is made up but I want to give some REAL NEWS to those who have taken the time and effort to investigate and invest in Tri-West and are trying to find out what has happened and what will happen in the future.
As any of you know who have followed this board for the last few weeks, there are only a few of us who have been willing to defend Tri-West. This is because there are only a few who really had put in the time and effort to investigate things completely. I am one of those people. I have spent many hours on the Internet and on the phone with people tracking down real information. I have a considerable amount of money invested and have many friends and family who trusted me and invested as well. I have my reputation at stake here and don?t want to lose it.
Just as a background, I am the President of a very large company recognized in my industry by many of the top companies in the US. Unlike some here, I am not just posting things on this board to get a reaction, I am here to find out anything I can and follow up as many leads as I can with as much accuracy as possible. SO, with that in mind, I will take my chances with my news and watch to see how I am blasted for it.
I have spent many hours tracking down some of the largest investors in Tri-West. I have talked to several who have over $1 million invested but have now talked to the person who brought in a man with over $10 million. This man does not want to be mentioned and the actual investor does not talk to anyone because of the number of people who would be contacting him. I respect that.
This man, when doing his research into Tri-West, had Jason Kingsley and Alex Haarlem checked out by a very reputable banking concern, which I cannot mention here. (At this time, I have a call into this company to get their information but have not received it as yet) After this, he contacted Jason Kingsley and was granted permission to fly to London to meet with him personally in his home. After this meeting, he was impressed enough to make his investment of $10 million.
In the last few weeks, this man has talked to Jason personally. He was told prior to the Guadalajara Reporter article about what happened. He was told about the story that was going to come out and that he should not believe all that he reads. He was told then that the government had been into the Tri-West e-mailing list and that they would no longer be using e-mail to communicate with anyone. They told him that they were having to move the operations to a new office and that they would be accessing funds to bring all operations back up in July. (Just for those who wonder about this, the reason for the 60 days is that when accessing funds like this you cannot just walk in and take it out. For any of you who have tried to get money out of any type of CD or other bank program that was not planned, you know this is true.) He was also told that when Tri-West comes back they will only operate on a secure website so there is no chance of interference from others.
I asked if this man was in any way worried about his money and he assured me that he was not. The other large investors I have talked to made the same comments that they were not worried. They have also done considerable research and are comfortable with the history of Tri-West and that things will continue to go forward.
I can only relay the information I was given and cannot vouch for anything more. I can say that the information seemed very credible and he came to me from a very close friend who has nothing to lose (my comment: I think he means 'gain' here) by giving me false information.
All who invested in Tri-West invested with the full knowledge that this was a high-risk investment. If they did not know this, they should not have invested because they did not do their homework. With any investment, even licensed companies in the US like Microsoft, the government gets involved when people are making money and they, the government; do not feel it is being shared with them. Would you say Microsoft is doing something illegal in giving away software and making their investors a lot of money? NO, but the government said they were and investigated them. The SEC decided they were a BAD company and are doing all they can to break them up. This has been the practice of our government for many years.
Tri-West is just one of many off shore investments that has been doing EXACTLY what they said they would do yet they were considered a scam. For what reason? Until April, not one person had ever lost a dime. Not one person had even been unhappy with them. Not one person had missed a payment in 6 years (Yes, I have personally talked to many who have been with them that long) But the SEC and the people on this site felt they were a scam. The US and Canadian governments are not happy that we are investing our money in other countries and making more money because of it. We are taking money from their pockets. People say this type of investing does not exist. They are wrong! Banks and Insurance companies do this all the time but they don?t want us to know about it because they want us to invest with them at 4% so they can make more money. I know of several bankers and insurance people who have invested in Tri-West and say it is for real.
I know I am not being realistic in my hope that this will put a stop to some of the people on this site who just like to put everyone down for investing in Tri-West and other investments like it, but I hope this will help those of you who are just watching and waiting for some REAL information. I hope it helps put you at ease.
I do not know for sure what will happen, but I can say that it is not worth the time or effort people are putting into this site not really knowing anything but talking as though they know it all. At this point all any of us can do is sit back and wait for July. If things don?t happen then, I will be the first to admit that it fell apart, but I will not admit that it was a scam?they just cannot go on for this long. Things happen, and even some of the largest companies go down. Look at the latest e-companies who took people's life savings away when they folded. Is anyone crying fowl for that? Is the SEC trying to find out why the president of the California Utilities company just took a $50 million bonus the day before filing bankruptcy and causing investors to lose money and the citizens of California to take a 40% increase in their utility bills? Those are the real crooks.
As far as Waage purchasing houses and cars, so were many investors with Tri-West. If I am making money on Tri-West, so is he. I would hope that all the people directly involved in Tri-West were making a lot of money. I was glad to see in the Guadalajara Reporter that he was very well liked in the community and that he did VERY good things with his money. He was not hoarding it and just trying to better himself at the expense of others. He was using his money to help others fulfill their dreams. That is what life and having money should be about. Those who thought that was a negative thing surprise me. I took that as a very positive part of his life. I hope he will be out and able to continue to help those around him soon. If he had been disliked and doing bad things, I would have worried, but it was just the opposite. Why is that bad?
I have rambled on enough now. I hope this helps some of you but I am sure it will just give more ammunition to others. If I find other REAL information, I will post it, but until then, I will most likely just sit and watch and wait.'
