You've got to be kidding about someone buying HAND, right?? I mean, what really do they have except a hardware product that everyone and their mother now makes or could make if they wanted... So why aren't they? Because it's a commodity and of very low profit margin at this point. It's hard to feed a family on low profit margins.

You will see HAND's price continue to fall to less than palm's and when that happens the company will have a hard time selling off stock for cash to make expenses. Go broke you ask??? Perhaps. Take a look at cash burn rate.
