DOCOMO unveils camera on the new 3G i-mode cell phone. The convergence technology will be caught like wild fire in the prairie. The speed of acceptance pending any software glitches, will be swift. Will the cost of ownership and usage be a deterrent, only the proponents know? Will Antec be part of it depends on their understanding of convergence technology and how cable systems will allow wireless to use their system for part of communication broadband? The bandwidth is going to determine the cost of 3G video phone, Digital TV on wireless and any 900 number commerce that subsequently resulted. We hope ANTC will cash it in on time.
