Nope. they don't need SEC documents to be a publicly traded company. They DO if they want a NASDAQ listing. Right now they are a BB stock. I called investor relations at 1-800 333-5697 Micky Hobby - nice guy, no hype or pressure. Said they just did a private placement for $1,0000,000 (1 million shares @$1.00) which will be on the market in July, so there will probably be some buying opportunity then. He is sending me reports on JSUB, Chicken Kitchen (CKKC), and and Topper's Brick oven Pizza (TBOP). He claims there are 7MM shares, 3MM in the float. But without the SEC documents, it's not "official" so watch out!

Any chance you know someone who can go and visit one of their shops?
