SAN ANTONIO, May 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Billserv, Inc. (Nasdaq: BLLS), the
leading electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) Outsourced Solution
Provider, today announced that it has signed a multi-year agreement with the
Las Vegas Valley Water District (LVVWD) to implement its electronic billing
services to the District's more than 800,000 customers.
The EBPP system is scheduled to be available to Las Vegas Valley Water
District this summer. Once implemented, LVVWD customers will gain the ability
to view and pay their bills directly at the company's Web site at
lvvwd.com, or through a variety of front-ends such as banks,
portals and billing aggregation sites currently available through Billserv's
relationships with all major EBPP aggregators. Billserv's established
distribution channels offer companies and consumers the widest selection of
Web sites to deliver, view, pay and manage bills.

Billserv now has 41 biller relationships contracted representing
79 billers. Of the 79 billers, 41 are in a production environment stage with
the remaining 38 in various stages of implementation. Billserv's customer
base totals approximately 3.1 billion paper bills annually, which equates to
15 percent of all paper bills produced in the United States each year.
