 Provider, today announced that it has signed a multi-year agreement with the
 Las Vegas Valley Water District (LVVWD) to implement its electronic billing
 services to the District's more than 800,000 customers.
 The EBPP system is scheduled to be available to Las Vegas Valley Water
 District this summer.  Once implemented, LVVWD customers will gain the ability
 to view and pay their bills directly at the company's Web site at
 lvvwd.com, or through a variety of front-ends such as banks,
 portals and billing aggregation sites currently available through Billserv's
 relationships with all major EBPP aggregators.  Billserv's established
 distribution channels offer companies and consumers the widest selection of
 Web sites to deliver, view, pay and manage bills.
