investment idea: buy F at around 25. get the 4.8% dividend. sell jan 02 call for $2.50, get about 11% over 8 months, annualized to 16.5%/yr. add 4.8% to 16.5%, it's a 20% return annualized. or sell jan 03 call for $4.00, get 19% over 20 months, annualized to 11.4%/yr. add 4.8% divident to 11.4%, it's a 16.2% return annualized. i think it's a really safe buy. F has $5.4 billion in the bank. there's about $8.8/share cash. the recent problems with the tire has been a blemish, but all in all, i don't see this as a problematic company. thoughts? hope all are well. i've been busy with work, but happily doing it. am looking for relatively safe investment ideas. mike
