Suppose that had something to do with the so-called "tech wealth" that has now crashed??? How many of us feel wealthy now? And just how much have Mr Gates, Allen, Ellison, etc lost? Just how can those folks fund new business when so many billions have been taken off the table? The bottom 50% of the taxpayers aren't creating new business and taking risk with their funds. In fact, most of the bottom 90% aren't for that matter.... Pretty soon, Atlas will really Shrug.
