Some initial facts from a recent CNBC interview. Had recent price breakout and NMS listing. Used to be DRA, but thought recent action and ramp of licensing revenues merited a new group under DSWT.

Business plan changed from manufacturing to licensing. Currently have 19 licensees. Largest being Delphi Automotive, which has also purchased 18% of the company.

Expect 85% - 95% gross margins.

Currently have patents in U.S., China, Korea and now Australia. They have an exxlusive dealer in Australia and are quite excited about this.

Delphi has just purchased the #3 switch maker (Eaton) and DSWT technology is going to be the core technology for that company.
