Large equipment makers all moved lower, except for Lucent Technologies. Tellabs (TLAB, Trade), Juniper Networks (JNPR, Trade) and Nortel Networks (NT, Trade) headed the decliners, off 5-8 percent. Morgan Stanley downgraded those stocks on Wednesday, saying the companies might not start to recover until the fourth quarter. Shorted JNPR twice today, still short TLAB. TLAB broke a double bottom support and the was negative VZ news for TLAB on CNBC.. Fred
