Just a wild thought here, but I'm wondering if the price action and volume these last several days has anything to do with one or more parties quietly buying up 9.999% of shares prior to announcing a buy out offer (to be followed, perhaps, by a bidding war). Not sure that fundamentals otherwise support what's been happening. Anyone have access to what houses are doing the buying? Comments?
