Mark, you keep suggesting that I am oblivious of the sensitivity of intrinsic value calculations to underlying assumptions. Note that when I said, "Equally disheartening, it you use the wrong discount rate, say you are off by a mere 100 basis points (like using 7% when you should have used 8%), then your estimate of intrinsic value may be nearly twice as high as it should have been. You don't have to be rocket scientist to see that something is wrong with this picture. This definition of intrinsic value provides a conceptual framework, but one that is impractical to calculate in a straightforward fashion.", that this is the whole point of the problem.

I resent the fact that you got educated about these subtleties using my work, and then have the gall to attempt to discredit me using your new-found education.

You think WIND stock price is too high, and will go lower. I think it is under-valued, and will go higher. I am significantly long on the stock; and I assume you are significantly short. Please tell me this is true. At least give us the satisfaction of knowing that your continual pain-in-the-neck is going to cost you a bucket of money.

Allen
