ID Four Secures 10 SB Shell to Accelerate Full Reporting Status

SAN DIEGO, Nov. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- ID Four Ltd. (OTC: IDFR). The board of
Directors of ID Four Ltd., is pleased to announce completion of a signed
"Letter of Intent" to acquire a full reporting 10 SB shell to accelerate the
reporting status of ID Four to the OTC BB.
Both companies currently conforming to the terms of an NDA (Non Disclosure
Agreement) have confirmed the 10 SB Shell meets all the requirements and
criteria to complete a successful merger of the two companies.
The 10 SB (Blank-Check) Shell meets the criteria for the transaction and
is pre-registered and pre-approved under the United States Laws regarding
issuance, trading and reporting of securities, including all rules and
regulations of the SEC, NASD, State Blue Sky laws and regulations, and those
regulations of the NASD OTC Bulletin Board.
Satisfactory completion of the merger will allow ID Four, to expand
acquisition plans along with increased corporate presence in the Technology
Sectors.
ID Fours CEO, Roger Pawson further announced that last weeks Comdex event
in Las Vegas, NV was the most successful show in the company's history, with
many new opportunities for increased Domestic and International sales for year
2001, and the potential to acquire a wide range of new products and
Technology.
