It could, but the probability is in favor of a bounce. Please understand that I work on probability, and in no way expect anything to be 100%, as I have mention previously. So for this specific signal to become bearish, that means that it becomes a negated signals. Since I started with my system, about 4+ years, I have not been able to identify a pattern which would give a hint of a negated signal, and I really dont use fundamentals to any significant degree, although I wont ignore important issues like FOMC meetings/etc.
