I see no point in debating this. You are correct from your perspective. I do know some conservative libertarians by the way. I did not see how you would deal with wrong doing, however; which was my question.

As a side point, you mention the excessive regulation and rigidity problem; which I agree with. I have also seen situations where the reverse is true. Pakistan is an excellent example. They do have a bureaucracy but it is poorly administered and most of what gets done is under the guise of being nice and helpful (favors). The system of bribary and corruption is deep seated and has completely paralised the economy of Pakistan for several years.
