We pay a Basic Charge of .033 per day. The energy charge is $0.12009 per kWh for baseline (approx. 294 kWh) and over baseline is $0.14157 per kWh. We are also paying an emergency procurement surcharge of $.01 per kWh. I believe these rates will shortly go to .14 for baseline and .20 for over baseline and the talk is these estimated increases are about 1/2 of the actual increases needed to fund the costs.
