p.m. MT (4:30 p.m. ET) in Glen 201-204 at the Telus Convention
Centre, 120 - 9 Avenue S.E., Calgary, Alberta.

Shareholders and guests who are unable to attend in person may
listen to the event over the Internet via live audio webcast. Global
Thermoelectric recommends that webcast listeners visit the
