Mercario;s ouster is the seventh VP to go since December. Only Doyle (corp sec) and Morera (Human Resources) remain from the Markman days. A rapid departure of the management team frequently accompanies the end of an independent enterprise. Layton has only a few weeks to show some cards or this game may be over.

I think the BOD composition should be watched. With the annual meeting on June 14, if things are really bad, it would be wise for one or more to resign, since none are stockholders of any size.
