Today's trading[against the general market action] seems quite significant. We have seen these levels before and the stock would have to break over .60 to really indicate the possibility of a major breakout. However ,we are nearing the AGM meeting[June 15] and sources say significant NR's should be released by the company within the next week.
We have received our proxy statements for the AGM meeting and called the FRL office to clear up some confusing questions in reading the statement.
Although further reading makes it clear that the agreement with Butch Harmon is for a minimum of five years plus an option year, earlier mention in the proxy re the term of the deal is a bit vague. The Company President confirmed the length of the deal is 5 plus 1 years.
Indications are that at that point an even longer deal may be arrived at but that is ,of course, dependent on the success of the Company. But relations between the Company and Mr. Harmon seem to be very cordial and more than just a business arrangement but one based on mutual trust and identifiable common goals.
Another matter which the President said was an oversight was the listing of the Vice-President's stock holding as nil. This was an error as he holds a substantial number of shares which will be corrected at the AGM meeting if not in an official Pr from the Company.
All in all we are feeling quite comfortable with our holding and would urge ,as always, that potential investors and current shareholders do their own DD and make their investment decisions based on their own findings and investment strategy.Good luck to all.
