It would be my hope that any Company (and it's Shareholders) who has been accused of an illegality, would sue the institution/association and/or the individual/s who made that accusation in the first place.

And that includes making public all the institution/association/individual/s background....

Perhaps if enough Companies started doing this, some of this would stop.
