Now - think about the above. No where else in the Union does your problem exist. Yet - you blame the outsiders.

The best example of idiocy is that producers are shut down because they are not being paid. Duh - what is it that does not make sense. Ligths going out - producers not producing because they are not paid. Yes - only in California - but I must try to get it through my skull that it is the fault of outsiders. Sorry - it is not getting through.
