Just kidding of course...re: the enema... Are any of you attending the meeting this Friday? If so, please report your findings... I have to work the next 7 days.... but I'd wonder about: 1. ADS....the sale of or potential LBO as suggested by Jubimer w/an intermediary. 2. Bridge Loan 3. The Colorado property sale/leaseback...perhaps as a part of the above LBO if another buyer is not already in escrow...I wonder about the Deed of Trust w/ a possible power to foreclose if August is not met.. 4. Why increase stakes in subs w/cash crunch (TV1/AENTV)? 5. Why did Cooper, Marione, Gannon, Atayan leave? 6. Are funds already in place from a JV partner for the internet operation? 7. Any JV partners...strategic investors ...that the company is at liberty to disclose at this time? 8. With current revenue picture and cash burn...what is the time line before certain operations will have to be shut down? 9. DVD/Video game patent infringements... 10. UPGD?.... 11. Did the company have any clue about the "redeemable effect" and how it has decimated this stock? 12. Just who is Ramon Venema?
