When the earnings picture becomes clearer, i.e. when the economic picture is clearly better, the forecasted earnings growth will be back to the ValueLine targets for many of the 'delisted' companies. They should then 'reappear' on the HGS list. With the improved economic picture, they are surely not going to have Timeliness=5 ratings either.
