If management proposed a managment buy out of all of AXC, what would happen is the board would set up an independent committee to not only evaluate management proposal but to put the whole company up for anybody to come in and make a proposal.

Also, any sale of the whole company would require shareholder approval. If the price ain't right, management doesn't own enough stock to cram anything down our throats.
