This was posted on Raging Bull by Joe-stock he has asked me to post it here. FWIW I tend to believe it. No Change in IBM & Telepanel Cooperative Marketing Agreement I just received the following e-mail from a member of a Telepanel Stockholders Group that I formed about a year ago. We periodically e-mail each other about the future of Telepanel Systems and the entire ESL and Retail Marketing Industry. Joe, I just received an e-mail from David Fiume, VP Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Telepanel Systems. He indicated to me that the agreement that was withdrawn was the old Cooperative Marketing Agreement that was in effect prior to the current Cooperative Marketing Agreement that IBM and Telepanel Systems signed in January 18, 2000. Mr. Fiume was very empathic that the current Cooperative Marketing Agreement between IBM and Telepanel Systems is still in effect! Joe, please convey this information to the Raging Bull & Stockhouse BB. Good Investing RJQ
