George, why don't we just do the liberal humane thing and make energy FREE? After all, if energy was free we wouldn't risk any elderly people having to turn off their electricity and suffocating in the California heat. Free prescription drugs, free Health Care, and now free energy. Bush should do what Whopper Al would do and offer energy free to anyone over the age of 65. Whoops, I forgot, the election isn't coming up yet. He can save that one the way Whopper Al did.
