Beta testing is underway for a substantial IVR application. The pilot is expected to last 60-90 days, but may be extended or completed earlier than scheduled based on initial results. In accordance with the terms of the agreement, the customer name has not been disclosed. It is expected that the fully deployed application will generate approximately $500,000 annually. Full deployment is dependent upon a successful pilot.
Business Update for Subsidiary, Paragon Voice Systems
Paragon Voice Systems is working on multiple initiatives utilizing the latest speech recognition technologies including speech recognition, speaker verification and text-to-speech. The initiatives have already generated approximately $300,000 in revenue for the past four months. In accordance with the terms of each agreement, the customer names have not yet been disclosed. Further disclosure is expected to take place within 30 days.
Launch of Investor Relations Web Site
In an effort to provide better communication to its shareholders, Interactive Telesis will launch an Investor Relations Web site that will include:

The site is scheduled to launch on or about July 1, 2001.
Relocation of Corporate Headquarters
Interactive Telesis will relocate its corporate headquarters from Del Mar, Calif. to a new location; further details will be provided upon completion of all legal requirements. The company will operate from its new offices on or about Sept. 1, 2001. The new headquarters will also house the company's subsidiary, Paragon Voice Systems, and will provide an annual savings of approximately $250,000.
