A rapid turnover in management is typically related to a new CEO bringing on people whom they trust and can work with. It happens every day.

It does not, in the least, indicate that a company may be sold.

I think that Leyton wants and needs to make this work. If she sells it, she will be labeled as, "Leyton's coming in to sell the business" and that will hurt her career as an executive who can run a business.

Most CEO's want to prove that they can turn a business around and run it. Selling it is a failure of leadership, vision and management skill.
