Hi David, I love God too though I think He let me down last year.(I was deep in GREED and was praying to get a good attitude and nothing happened...you know the Bible "God hardened their hearts" etc etc and so forth). I'm looking to Zen not as a replacement but as a way of getting my emotions calmed. Tell me about your cree covered calls. Are you holding any long positions? I made money buying cree low and selling it high but lost it all buying sebl and qlgc high and selling them low. Trying to use mental stops and they don't work in this crazy market...you just have to wait for stuff to go up and sell it I guess and then buy it back again a few days later when everything goes down. I hope I get the hang of it before I have nothing left to "invest". Instead of selling when cree went up you sold cov calls on it? That might be a better way to go. Freeus
