I did not mean to say Lerner had affirmatively endorsed xoma's phage position. To my knowledge, he has not.

I only meant that from alxn's license, which implies validation, I infer Lerner's review of the phage process and IP. Truthfully, I might be way way off. This is in the realm of daydreams and tea leaves.
