Yes, Don, and Ecole Polytechnique got the other chunk. As I am sure our learned friend the gorilla is aware, Denis Beaudry represents the two schools (McGill and Ecole Polytechnique) on Lumenon's board and the proceeds of those sales went to the schools, not to Beaudry. He is not nor was he ever in a position to own that many shares directly. Greg
